1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the et777 website located at et777.org and all associated services, features, content, and products (collectively the "Platform") operated by et777. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the et777 Platform, you ("the Member" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the et777 Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by et777 or a third-party responsible gaming body to which et777 subscribes.

et777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction or closure and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of et777, including placing bets, accessing the casino, and processing PKR deposits and withdrawals, you must register a member account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. et777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

et777 supports PKR-denominated deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, major Pakistani bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must originate from payment methods held in your own name. et777 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. et777 will request a copy of your CNIC and may request additional supporting documentation before processing your first withdrawal.
• et777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• All transactions are processed in PKR at the applicable rate. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit confirmation.
• et777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the et777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash games. General rules applicable to all gaming activity include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. et777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except in the case of a proven technical error on the Platform's part.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects bet integrity, et777 reserves the right to void the affected round or event and return stakes to members' balances.
• et777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual and slot games. Live casino results are determined by physical game equipment under camera supervision.

• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder for whom they were issued.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the et777 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players, dealers, or employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's backend, API, or administrative functions without authorisation.
• Creating a false identity or submitting fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate communication with et777 staff or other members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the et777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game designs, text, graphics, logos, and the et777 brand name and mark, is the exclusive property of et777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any et777 content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, et777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network outages, or third-party payment processing delays. et777's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

• A valid self-exclusion request has been received.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, et777 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account. Where an account is closed at the member's voluntary request, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after applicable checks.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which et777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits et777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

13. Amendments
